People who live in cold places are used to going out in the cold. Like, the city doesn't shut down or anything. Yeah it's cold, but they have this thing called a jacket, and if you live in winterland, you probably own at least one decent one. And add layers, Jerry. Layers!

Yeah but we aren't used to be out all day. Most people just commute to work and back.
