Considering this is lemmy people will nod their heads in agreement until he mentions prostitutes (see other comment in this thread)
Idk, prostitute is a victim of the system just as the abandoned child mentioned right after.
I agree that prostitutes are victims. There is a narrative now that prostitution can somehow be a real job and not degenerate and self-debasing.
We’re all too deeply concerned with the price of beans to notice the sex work 🤷
There's no such thing as 'sex work'. There is prostitution and pornographic exploitation.
