I wonder how much of that is supported by having the second highest minimum wage in America?

Don't get me wrong, I'm definitely pro increasing the minimum wage, but apartment affordability and how much money the lowest earning people can make are directly correlated.

Yeah, it’s tough that we use “affordable housing” as a euphemism for “subsidized housing” because there is definitely more housing in lots of parts of the country that is significantly more affordable than the subsidized housing in Seattle.
