bottom 10% in morale ARE the richest 10% which includes top 1% obviously.

see, a person who doesnt have enough to survive is only trying to survice and probably even beeing forces to do crimes by some gov that holds the key position AND the duty to help him not to need that.

a person who has enough money to never need to work in entire life but commits crimes anyway is the only savage one in that game.

those bottom 10% in morale who oppress all mankind ARE the top 10% financially.
