When professional wrestlers want something to seem like a big deal, they use a concealed razor blade to cut their face. Just the surface, nothing deep, and then they can pop up with blood all over their face. Also we know Trump has been part of wrestling matches and staged events with professional wrestlers before. Doesn't seem like a big leap to say he knows how to get a little blood for show.
His secretary of education is also Linda McMahon, wife of Vince McMahon, owner of WWF/WWE
I've made that same conclusion as well.
