I am enjoying this game a lot! The movement and combat feels great but I was wondering how do you guys determine what items to buy and when?

Do you use the build browser and go L->R or is there a methodology you follow?

Usually I'm braindead and follow build L -> R but I learned to try to jump item to keep more money. I don't feel confortable yet trying to build my own build but I feel I'd learn a lot by trying to build one
