I am sorry, but after a couple of drafts I seem unable to do it. The notion of the post doesn't pass my own bs filters, and it needs too much of a stretch to be barely funny. That's probably a common challenge when the core of a joke is a byproduct of bigotry.
My last try I erased was a night-hour session with that picture, where the world of 'lesbian aversion to cock' was supported by three elephants-arguments, standing on the great turtle of facts&logic.
Potentially a good meme (or meme format), but I'm not the one to flesh it out.
