The reason it's not really in the news right now is because this was first released in 2016.

Ten fucking years this information has been in the public eye and yet here we are.

Imagine if practically any prior president had something this damning in their history. Presidents get a pass on a lot of stuff, war crimes for example. But I think the red line should be well before "raping children". At this point, I'm not sure if Trump could lose support even if he broadcast himself live getting a bj from a 12yo. He'd make everyone who already hates him to hate him even more, but his base wouldn't bat an eye; "she was hot, can you blame him?", "It's not like she was a child, her age was double digits".

Reddit is the medium of the problem. Reddit commenting medium is the massaging of minds. People are drowning in low-effort Reddit commenting, "engagement", "engaged" in streams and rivers of comment after comment, all fragmented on different root threads on different commenting trees on different postings. People all avoiding common FAQ and common Wiki organization. Anti-FAQ anti-Wiki, anti-organizing in favor of reacting, reactionary to MAGA constantly; MAGA is feeding shit into Reddit minds. Reddit is an audience to MAGA. Since Q4 2024... Bluesky is another audience to MAGA.
