Edamame beans, hard boiled eggs and popcorn are my personal favourites.

Ritz crackers with sardines and hot sauce.

Chips and homemade salsa

Tuna salad or Egg salad (made with kewpie mayo, etc) on toast.

Popcorn is always good. I get the huge Kirkland box. Lasts me like a year.
