It's similar to snus, but snus is actually made of tobacco. A nicotine pouch doesn't have any tobacco in it, just nicotine that's been extracted from tobacco. And presumably some kind of filler.

The point here is that I cant buy swedish snus around here very easily, the state taxes the shit out of it, and I'm unhappy about it. Once upon a time you could just have it shipped to your door but no, importing has to be a pain in the dick now and anyhow they got rid of de minimis. I will join any revolution that has a plan to get me back my snus. Mango juul pods would be a great pot sweetener as well
