Are you serious? Do you not see how America is acting recently? They've been bombing Iran, kidnapping presidents of socialist countries and threatening to annex Greenland - yes the very real threat of America completely flying off the handle and escalating Taiwan/Korea in response to perceived Chinese aggression is something that is playing a role here.
Who is doing literally anything about the US performing acts of war on a near daily basis?
Other countries are doing plenty, go too far and they just wipe you out.
