Who the fuck goes to grab a gun during an argument with their child? What was he INTENDING to do??? Point it at her until she starts to agree with him?
He's british, so he literally had the privilige of growing up in an almost gun-free country, never had to interact with them once in his life. But goes to america and decides to go all in on gun culture (again, he didn't have to do that).
Daughter comes to visit. He didn't have to argue with her about politics or let it get so heated. But again, he goes there.
Doesn't have to go to his room and grab a gun. But again he goes there. And despite going all in on gun culture - even moving across the ocean presumably, in part, to have easier access to them - he doesn't take the time to learn trigger discipline.
This is a continued pattern down a bad path
Thinking isn't their strong suit. Intimidation and violence to coerce compliance is their strong suit.
Sadly, not all Brits are David Attenborough.
