To be clear the issue isn't only the people coming not being integrated correctly but also the abuse of migrants fleeing desperate situations by people within the hosting country.
The exploitarion largely stems those migrants not being 'citizens' so do not execrise the same rights. And they cant speak up without threat of deportation. It only drives the point borders enforce exploitation.
That would be convenient for your point but at this juncture I'd recommend you look it up if you really care because I have no willingness to carry on with this discussion.
