Pluspunkte, wenn die Apps open source sind, aber ich finde proprietäre Lösungen auch okay.

Offline Artikel, kleine quality of life Dinge (Artikelvorschau, Inhaltsverzeichnis als Scrollbar) und am wichtigsten, die Trennung von tabs in Wikipedia und Firefox
