He had a chance of doing that. But didn't.

Johnson? He was on his way out of office at the invasion.

Even then, since February 2022, the UK has committed billions in aid, supplied advanced weaponry like Storm Shadow missiles and Challenger 2 tanks, and trained over 45,000 Ukrainian personnel. And that's the above board stuff they're allowed to talk about.

1994 Budapest Memorandum, Ukraine was invaded in 2014 and the UK government, the conservatives, David Cameron, Theresa May and Boris Johnsons, didnt do fuck all to help. And when the conservatives after the 2022 invasion, did it was very little with hands tied on weapon usage. The could have put a no fly zone over the entire country easily. The whole war could have been prevented

1994 Budapest Memorandum

You don't think Anglos would do that, would you? Sign a treaty full of lies?!

Ukraine was invaded in 2014

Curious way to describe Euromaidan.

Nevertheless, I'm sure you could say a lot about two countries in a border dispute that grows hotter and hotter to no one's benefit, depopulating some of the most fertile territory in Europe, and decimating two of the world's largest militaries through attrition.

A war that directly benefits the Atlantic gas exports business. And fattens the wallets of Western weapons exporters working both sides of the conflict.

The whole war could have been prevented

There's no profit in that

The war started in 2014 with occupation of Crimea and Luhansk/Donetsk.

Goes back farther than that.

Ukraine has been grappling with Crimean nationalists since '91.

In 1995 the Ukrainian Parliament intervened in the political crisis in Crimea, scrapping the Crimean Constitution, removing the president and scrapping the office of President.[67] Almost 4,000 Ukrainian soldiers and police officers were sent to Crimea.[68] Meshkov was removed from power[69] after Ukrainian special forces had entered his residence, disarmed his bodyguards and put him on a plane to Moscow.[70] Meshkov was replaced by Kyiv-appointed Anatoliy Franchuk, with the intent to rein in Crimean aspirations of autonomy.

There's a certain irony to it

Thats what I hate about politicians. Before they're elected, they say how they'd do all the right things.

Then they get elected, and do the absolute bare minimum if that. They take bribes and payouts, and every wrong choice is made.

Then their term expires, and they're back to saying all the right things should be done.

BITCH YOU HAD A CHANCE TO DO THESE THINGS!!! SHUT THE FUCK UP YOU SPINELESS COWARD!
