Had no idea being a criminal was genetic
Tell that to the isis kids stuck in Syria.
A small problem is that they have grown up in the camps and many of them are radicalised by those in the camps, the same way a jail can be a bad thing for a young offender because it will put them in connections with worse offenders
its not the criminal descendants who are the problem, its all the jailers
And there's the whole political prisoner thing, and the casual implication that the actual criminals are subhumans with less rights and abilities.
It does seem to be for the wealthy.
