I think by "WW3" you are really asking, will countries start lobbing nukes at each other? Unlikely, although I wouldn't put it past Trump to try one at least once. Rumors are that he has asked the military to use nukes more than once already and they refused or talked him out of it.

Just gotta convince that FEMA tRump appointee that hurricanes exist. Then tRump will try to direct its path with a Sharpee marker. When that fails, he'll suggest we nuke the hurricane. That's when we dance!
