The parties aren’t indistinguishable, but their goals are.

Labor has been the pawl in the Coalition’s Overton ratchet in Australian federal politics for the last half a century, and similar dynamics are in place in other jurisdictions, especially where 2 party systems have become entrenched.

Concentration of power is the problem, and needs to be challenged and diluted wherever it congeals.
