…final fantasy games are RPG’s where there is one ending, and every character is set not only in their roles, but also their personalities.

not disagreeing that the term RPG is vague and mostly unhelpful, but arguing cyber punk is not an RPG because player choice didn’t matter is kinda nuts

Immersive sims often have multiple endings based on the choices you make, but that doesn't make them RPGs. I do agree that Cyberpunk is more of an RPG, but it feels compromised in the same way as Bethesda RPGs.
