Hmmm, a billion you say? Maybe the people of the United States need to assert ownership of the "gift" plane Trump got from his contacts in Qatar after this disaster of an administration has run its corrupt course. Also Bedminster, Trump Tower and a host of other properties that could be leveraged to pay back the theft he's engaged in..
