There is nothing that can be done. When your country is located next to gun world, expect them to always illegally cross the border.
You can have a 100% gun ban in the country....and there will be another shooting within 30 days.
Calling for the ban on guns, is like saying ban drugs. Embracing it and regulating it (like they do) is about the best were all going to get, but for the government that cause fear that long rifles are the issue is just stupid logic to get people on board with make work projects that will again, not help.
