Hear me out: they have two comments in their history. One is a verbatim quote and the other is a response to the following question:

"Great to see you’ve got an account here. Been a sync pro user for a long long time. How are you finding Lemmy?"

How is this guy supposed to know that the person replying thinks he's ljdawson just from looking at his inbox? Is it really that far-flung to assume that he thought he was being recognized based on his username from Twitter/Reddit?
