Definitely. However, there were a lot of people who said she's not half bad in the past couple of months. Primarily because of the Biden visit and the Italian government's support of Ukraine.

Even a broken clock is right twice a day.

The rest of her record in government is dismal, though. This is not to say that the current "pacifist" left would be any better. Maybe a bit less corrupt, but that's all.
