How did Biden start the annexation of Crimea? I'm assuming that's what you are referring to when you mention 2014.
Probably referencing US support for the Euromaidan coup which is what led to crimea breaking away from Ukraine in the first place. Idk how involved Biden was in that personally.
Biden was vice president at the time, played a role in Euromaidan shenanigans alongside Victoria Nuland, and his son Hunter sat on the board of directors of Ukrainian Gas Company Burisma
