Are those disks standardized, so each one is always 50 pounds? (I assume 5 pounds for the pole)

Usually 45 lbs per plate, and 45 lbs for the bar.

Actually since they are red, usually means they are actually 55 lbs not 45. So in theory she's probably lookin at 485..
