If they don't fight there is no time afterwards so i guess thats not exactly realistically possible, even of it would be nice.
The problem here is we have no rotation of the personnel. We aren't fighting to the last man yet, far from it.
Ukraine has something like 36 million people who did not leave the country. Right now we have estimated 1 million active military, and they are all the same people who were mobilized in March 2022.
Yes, enlisting another 1 million guys means they need to be equipped and trained for at least one month, and in practice it will be two-three months, and it's seriously expensive, but still, the government had 1.5 years to plan for that.
Why do you think they are all the same people? In reality, new recruits are conscripted every month. I have seen them myself.
Moreover, there's a regular rotation of units between the frontline and the rear, with a few days off to meet the family.
Absolutely fair. This should be a priority to get sorted out, being on the front constantly strains the soldiers and reduces their fighting power.
Actually there's a regular rotation of units between the frontline and the rear, with a few days off to meet the family.

I mean a few days isn't that much and more troops is always a good idea.
Sure. New recruits are conscripted every month. I have seen them myself.
