- Better and fewer working hours.
- Stimulating a massive wave of worker organizing in the United States and beyond.
- Organizing and supporting political causes and campaigns that put workers first.

MODERATORS
The reasoning you described can be summed up very simply: UAW doesn't want to strike, they want changes. And they hope the threat alone is enough to get them.
