Distro - xubuntu Dock - Plank Theme - fluent-round-Dark Icons - Papirus-dark

I also have ulauncher installed but it closed every time I tried to screenshot

This is all, I'm a beginner, laugh if you want, the theme doesn't work with some apps like KDE connect but it's alright I guess

Maybe this is a problem with my setup, but though I do see a dekstop in the thumbnail, clicking the link takes me to an r/funny post. Could you upload your screenshot in a comment here? @skqweezy@lemm.ee

I'm interested what it looks like, since AFAIK, XFCE is still the desktop environment to install on old potato-specd machines. But it's a lot harder to get it to look good than stuff like KDE, and Gnome

Idk why but it doesn't let me send the image in a comment here, if you want you can look at the image I uploaded to Reddit

It depends on your instance I believe. I'm on Lemmy.ml, and while it does let me upload on posts, I gotta brute force it at times

Yeah, it wasn't probably the best idea to pick randomly but oh well, can't switch now ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

You can switch instances but you won't actually migrate the account and, instead, you'll have to make a new one from scratch. Hopefully in the future Lemmy will have account migration to other instances.
