Finding alien technology on the seafloor would be truly incredible. This extraordinary claim, however, is debunked by the actual evidence.

I mean, there was no lack of explanation at any point here. This guy dredged a random patch of seafloor (looking for aliens) and came up with ways whatever he found could be aliens. Except it's not a History channel show, it's a guy that thinks he's doing serious research.

He also happens to work at Harvard doing something nearly completely unrelated but smart-sounding, so he got press attention for it.
