CAN LIVING ORGANISMS SUCH AS PLANTS AND ANIMALS BE INVENTED? AND SHOULD PRIVATE COMPANIES BE ALLOWED TO CLAIM SUCH SUPPOSED INVENTIONS FOR THEMSELVES?
