For example this post visible from lemmy.sdf.org is nowhere to be seen on the corresponding thread on lemmy.ml.

... or https://lemmy.sdf.org/post/7277909 which shows that federation issues already existed before the update to an 0.19.X release candidate. In fact 0.19.X is supposed to improve federation when it is finally released and I'm actually looking forward to it.

But I do not expect this instance to run reliably on any version unless somebody is actively maintaining it -- to name the elefant in the room.
