They kind of did in 2016 when Gary Johnson's poll numbers started spiking a bit, but I only remember internet reactionaries getting worried. The typical racist suburban conservative never had any worries about Trump getting elected because they think it's all ordained by God to happen anyway, regardless of election results.
I approve of a plan to make all the religious fanatics in the world believe that they shouldn't go to the polls because it doesn't matter anyway because god already has a plan for all of us.
Trump was elected not with votes, but with a shofar.
