It says Jyväskylä University. Jyväskylä is a city in central Finland. The picture is from their research station in Konnevesi.
I will never accept the fact that jyväskylä is a university town. Sleepiest village I've been to.
Would "Konnevesi" translate to frog water?
Close! That would be konnavesi.
Same in Estonian, thought it would be a little different
