just curious, is there a benefit to running your own front end in docker? what is your experience with it containerized? are you running it through nginx? (lemmy.world)

Does it run faster, have less errors? Just curious if it is worth it to add to my Unraid server. What is your experience?

IIRC, until the CORS adjustment PR is merged on Lemmy all requests have to be proxied through the Wefwef server. Self hosting could potentially be faster since there’s less load and a geographically closer server
