I'm 46 and I do 4-6 hour seshes. Step yo game up, foo
I’m in my 30s and I do 2-3 hour seshes unless I munch an Adderall. Adderall takes it to 10+.
I can do that on vacation maybe, otherwise too many other things vying for attention
