Buddy, these are not the people you want to defend. Paul Golding has been arrested a half dozen times for stupid bullshit. He’s been convicted in terrorism charges. Jayda has been arrested with him as well, numerous times for religious aggravated harassment and other things. They are literally a WORSE version of the Marjorie Taylor Greens and Lauren Boebert of the UK.
And you call all these things “common sense” policies which is laughable. Their environmental “policy” is to just deny climate change completely. So common sense is to ignore the scientific consensus?

But okay. If you are the type of person to defend people that bang on Muslim owned restaurant windows shouting “Pedophiles! Foreigners!” like these two have been arrested for just because they are on your “team”, well, who am I to convince you that’s a bad look?
I guess this is how the far right (and far left) is recruiting its infantry - people like @Blamemeta who don't know the people mentioned, obviously didn't even read the article, but they have an 'opinion' and are accusing others of being in an echo chamber. They are just propaganda parrots very much the same as the so-called 'tankies' here on Lemmy.
Who better to have on your team than people that blindly defend you regardless of how vile your behavior is just because they hate the same people.

Assuming you are talking about Muhammad here, Muslims literally do not worship him. They only worship Allah.
Also, most Muslims will deny that Muhammad’s wife was that young and assert that she was 17 or 18. Whether or not this is true (personally I don’t think it is), this at least shows you that they don’t agree with pedophilia as they don’t want to believe one of their prophets engaged in it.
If you don’t see how shouting at a random Muslim store owner calling him a pedo isn’t the behavior of a sane individual…man I don’t know what to tell you. You might be far right yourself which is why you don’t think that they are lmao
