I only see one photo but I'm guessing you're playing warlock since you don't have the staff equipped.
Just dump the rest in your weapon, +6 is enough on the staff to soul mark reliably and now you're going to want some way to trigger it and kill quickly. Living earth covers defense, you probably don't need more armor upgrades. You can swap the ring of wealth for another more useful artifact or ring, or just keep using it for the drops.
You could spare a point or two for the ring of energy but you won't need as many staff zaps if you're killing more quickly.
The thing that makes people struggle in demon halls is lack of damage. It's a bit of a trap to go heavy on armor or support items and neglect direct damage - you don't need armor or support nearly as much when you're deleting enemies more quickly.
