I love it when my students outsmart my questions like this, honestly shows good intelligence and problem solving. Also encourages me to write my questions/prompts with more precision.
Yea honestly if the teacher gets mad at this then that sounds like a lack of creativity on their part
I mean they clearly got the point that the assignment was all about three digit numbers.
