That's from when McDonald's made a budget for their workers. They first assumed you had two jobs. And that with prices that were too low for a decade ago when this was made
Omg they didnt include food in monthly expenses. The entire $25 has to cover FOOD
They figure all their workers stealing food.
You'd pretty much have to with how they pay their workers.
Health insurance as $20 a month? Wtf
Pro-Tip: try not to die.

Or just get a perfectly normal, average salary, like this single parent with 2 children the wallstreetjournal posted about in that same year:

I would love to see the average salary of the people who came up with this helpful picture.
If I had to guess it would be well over $500,000 because they think $260,000 and $180,000 isn't much money.
