Wake up on first alarm, can't relate. My gf however, needs 85 alarms because she doesn't Snooze, she just Dismisses.
I started using multiple alarms for some time, but I noticed that I was starting to completely ignore them to the point of not hearing them. I was actually a bit scared when I noticed and I said fuck that. Now I have 2 alarms to really pay attention to them. One at wake up time and other when I should be at the door, just in case.
Exactly. you just train your brain to ignore them.
