Yeah it's called being a celliac and OP mentioned it.
Celiac isn’t the only condition that makes people sensitive to gluten containing foods. And, so what if some people haven’t put thought or effort into figuring out why gluten makes them feel bad?
You know… one doesn’t need to be diabetic to feel better from cutting sugar from their diet.
