For me, I would have to say Minx fom the episode 2-D Blacktop. https://theinfosphere.org/Minx

I just feel her backstory is annoying and way too drawn out. It really doesn't add anything to the episode just detracts from the enjoyment for me.

I get your point and im pretty sure its not that unpopular, but i think that she was set up this way on purpose to contrast the other characters for them to stand out more. Most of the time she's that paper while the other characters are the crayons.
