Pizza is an extraordinarily rich, fat-forward food. Things that are too fatty or greasy are often balanced by adding something acidic. I may not enjoy the taste myself, but pineapple does fit that role.
Where do you live?
As a person of exceptional taste, do you think mint and cranberry would go well together? It came to me in a dream, but I am too afraid to try it for myself.
