Starship policy prohibits sharing video data with law enforcement outside of limited situations involving the prevention or detection of a crime.

So, when exactly is law enforcement not supposed to "prevent or detect crime"?

Just linguistic gymnastics so they can say they have a no share policy, even through effectively they will share everything. Because anything could be detection of a crime or a prevention of a crime...
