I accidentally went on lemmy.world bcs my browser of my autofill and noticed a post from lemmy.world that wasn't federated on here, and it's been like 30 something minutes since it was posted. It was this post specifically: https://old.lemmy.world/post/10259014

There's definitely some federation issues going on, both on this instance and in the community in general. I had a reply pop up in my inbox yesterday that had been posted 5 days earlier. None of my comments in the past two days have received a single vote, up or down, let alone a reply.

I think this is fixed now since 0.19.2 - everything seems to be working fine again. :)
