When I’m worried about giving compliments like that, I try to do them as I’m leaving the interaction because it makes it clear it isn’t trying to start something and I’m not forcing any kind of response. Just telling someone, something they did (like a making and or executing a fashion choice) is really cool.
But I might just overthink things to much 😅
I definitely overthink to much. I have thought about the quick in passing compliment, but I love your reasoning. It totally makes sense when you explain it like that.
