I’m not sure if all of your points are covered, but this page has fediverse tips and an active mastodon account where you might be able to ask for the remaining scenarios to be covered

@zephyr I wrote my observations https://hub.hubzilla.de/wiki/kotking/Fediverse/Home . It's a really Work in progress and raw, but I mentioned and credited source some questions you have. Still think how to fill Kbin section and as I use Misskey also will be written about... But it's so much feature bloat that I would need wiki for wiki... Half joking.
