From high level reading, this seems centered on attestation of the HW and SW rendering content on a device. Since a pihole is not visible to the device, I hope this means it would still work? Someone with more knowhow ready to weigh in?

Pihole uses DNS, this shouldn't affect Pihole.

Put another way: a pihole will not help you here.
