Hey guys. First, just want to say thanks for taking part in this community and, for me especially, the discussion threads. I love to read everyone's thoughts about the series episodes. Secondly, now that we have our mod team better organized and on the same page, we wanted to get the communities input on what rules and guidelines you would like to have. Right now it's a standard set to fit most any community but we want to make sure we are also addressing things that are unique to MarvelStudios as well. So please, hit this thread up with suggestions, thoughts, whatever you think will make this community better. Also if you have any thoughts about things that need to go into the sidebar, feel free to add those as well. Thanks everyone!

Is there currently a way to mark posts as spoilers if the post contains them? If so that is a rule that should be heavily enforced.

So currently, we do have spoiler tags for comments, but they aren't working in apps yet. Not sure what needs to be implemented for that.

For posts, please put (Spoilers) in the title. I think the consensus for image posts that contain spoilers is to mark as NSFW. That blurs the image. There shouldn't be any actual NSFW content in this community so anything marked NSFW will mean spoilers for us. If you notice any unmarked spoilers, feel free to do a report and one of us will take care of it ASAP.

I will be adding this to the rules once we get them finalized as well. Thanks!

Community Guidelines

  1. Be constructive. As a community this is place for discussion, things you liked, things you didn't like, any everything in between. Low effort comments don't add to the discussion.
  2. Be civil. Disagreements happen. Don't attack others. Take a moment and reconsider before you post an inflammatory comment in all caps.
  3. No spam. Please don't post spam, trolling or other low effort content. If you're a human and you saw something interesting or had an interesting thought, you're probably fine.
  4. Memes are allowed. We're a small community, feel free to post memes or similar content. Funny things are good. If it becomes a problem we can discuss changing the rules.

In addition like any community we follow the Lemmy.World content policy rules. In short, don't attack people or groups.
