For some reason redgifs won't load on the app anymore and I have to open the links in a browser now. Is this a settings issue that I can't seem to figure out or did something change in the last few updates?

The same happens on Reddit with RES - I think redgifs is blocking sites from embedding it

I had something similar happen with memmy. It loaded a blue screen and said something went wrong at the top of the screen.

I cleared all browser cache and saved passwords from safari and it started working again

Don't worry, its the same on Lemmy websites. A few months back, I wanted domain blocking just so I could block redgifs.

It sounds frustrating dealing with those loading issues on the app. It could be related to recent updates or an overlooked setting. Have you tried clearing the app's cache or checking if there's an update available that might address this glitch? Sometimes these steps can resolve such issues. If the problem persists, you might want to reach out to the app’s support team for more specific guidance. Just like managing app settings can sometimes be tricky, navigating a healthcare portal effectively requires keeping everything up-to-date. Hope that helps, and the issue gets resolved soon!
